Real Estate Investment and Development

Sierra Creek II was originally a fruit orchard that had been in a local family’s ownership for two generations. This property was an infill location and had established neighborhoods adjoining it on all sides. Lowell Development designed a community compatible with the surrounding neighborhoods to obtain neighborhood acceptance and city approval. Importantly, the community honors the property’s heritage by having created Sasaki Park, a neighborhood park named after, and in honor, of the Sasaki family who had lived on and farmed the property. This 30-acre single-family neighborhood consists of sixty two lots, Sasaki Park and natural open space. The homes were built by Beazer Homes and the community was completed in 2003.
"Todd has skillfully designed and gotten approved two very nice infill projects in Rocklin – Sierra Creek II and Imperial View. Infill projects are unique challenges because of neighbor concerns, but he was well prepared and organized. He met with the neighbors and was very responsive to their concerns...."
Terry Richardson,
Retired Asst. City Manager and Community Development Director, City of Rocklin
