Blooming Tree in Legacy Lane Development Loomis

Legacy Lane Development, Loomis

Lowell Development assembled two properties that were combined to create Legacy Lane. Located along historic Highway 40 and near the highly regarded Del Oro High School, Legacy Lane consists of fifty five executive quality, single-family lots and open space. The Town of Loomis is highly desirable and recognized for its deliberate, slow growth and family-friendly community spirit. This project was the largest new residential subdivision approved and constructed in the town in over 10 years. Legacy Lane includes a newly created wetland preserve and street tree landscaping designed to mature into a distinctive, tree-canopied community much like the revered, classic neighborhoods built in the 1920’s. The homes were built by Christopherson Homes and the community was completed in 2006.

"Legacy Lane was a well designed and very successful project. Todd obviously knows how to design, approve and develop great projects. I would certainly like to build out another Lowell Development project. Todd’s a savvy, knowledgeable developer with a tract record of success."
