Along a ridge with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada mountains, Imperial View represents the best of an exclusive, secluded, private gated community. Lowell Development assembled parcels under separate ownerships located in the midst of surrounding neighborhoods to create this premier community. Imperial View includes fourteen estate-size lots and acres of open space. Lowell Development worked closely with the neighbors to address their concerns and obtained the unanimous approval of the project by the Rocklin City Council. The homes were built by Tim Lewis Communities and the community was completed in 2004.
