Lowell established Lowell Development, Inc. originally for the purpose of creating a real estate development company that focuses on unique real estate projects, such as infill properties.
Infill properties in select locations offer the opportunity to create one-of-a-kind neighborhoods in communities (markets) of established value and that have high barriers to entry and limited or restricted supply, thereby creating a new high-value neighborhood with a distinct market competitive advantage.
At the beginning, the company focused on obtaining entitlements for residential projects and then selling the project with entitlements, construction documents and approvals and final map for “ready to build” projects. Lowell Development has since expanded the size and scope of its projects to include mixed use, office and master planned developments.
